In the English version, he also has a tendency to use suggestive double entendres. In the 3DS Version, he refers to Trode as Don Toad, Medea as Bellissima Principessa, and Red as Rosa Rossa. His name for Yangus is "signore" and his name for Angelo is "casanova". Morrie speaks with an Italian accent and peppers his dialogue with Italian terms, such as calling the Hero "ragazzo" or Jessica "bimba". He wears a black belt, gloves, shoes, and a white scarf around his neck which always seems to blow in the wind, even while indoors. Morrie's outfit consists of an almost jester-like tunic with alternating sections of green and red that shows off his hairy chest, as well as very tight leggings. 7.3 Dragon Quest: Young Yangus and the Mysterious Dungeon.7.1 Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies.2.2 Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King Nintendo 3DS Version.2.1 Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King Sony PlayStation 2 Version. It also doesn't unlock the clothing that you can get via QR codes on the Japanese version. Weird how this game handles stuff like this.Īnd a little caveat about this code: if you DO use it.the characters that get unlocked won't have any moves, but can easily learn them if you spam the Special Move Machine. Gonna see how this affects the Ultra Fusion lesson with Ginyu.ĮDIT: The Ultra Fusion still just shows "blank spaces" where the other four characters would normally be. It does exactly that, but it has a weird effect on the early game: your first allies won't be on your team, even after they "join" (because they've already joined due to the code). Apparently the game thinks all three of your slots are filled (even though the third slot is empty), so although it looks like you can teach an ally a new move, it won't stick.Īlso, I found this little beauty for the Japanese version of the game: Two-for-one special! ^w^Īnd BTW, a caveat on using the "huge-damage Zenkai" code: I think it's the one that makes it impossible to teach your allies any new moves. They're Super Saiyan 4: red fur around the torso and arms, red tail, long black hair, red outlines around the eyes.įound them both in the same S-rank timespace hole. And they even had the gall to click it as "working".
Maybe I'm just using it wrong, but it came with NO instructions on how and when to use it-or even a clear indication as to what the code even does (it's only called "Burst Illimiter", whatever that means).ĪNOTHER EDIT: Turns out that "Burst Illimiter" thing is a FAKE code that someone put on for one of two reasons: either they THOUGHT the code worked, or they deliberately put it on the site KNOWING that it only froze the game. I found ONE code on Fort42 that only makes the game freeze prior to a battle. I really want to see if it's possible to fuse my player character with Gorus.ĮDIT: Apparently I did two things: kill this thread, and find out that no one can be bothered to make working codes for the Japanese version of Dragon Ball Fusions.
So, no Goku Black or Super Saiyan Rose Goku Black.but at least we'd get Gorus, DBS Future Trunks, Great Satanman and Taks. On a side note: there is a way to port over the QR code and DLC characters to the US version, but not those which were included in the latest update.
The US version codes prove the game is indeed hackable, so why aren't there equivalent (or MORE) codes for the Japanese version? I swapped my US version of the game for the Japanese version.only to find that there are STILL no Gateway codes for it, despite it being out for three months longer than the US version.
